Snake Plants are not only beautiful plants, they’re the ultimate survivor. Even after a few weeks of neglect, they will still beautify your surroundings with their long light-green leaves without any signs of abandonment. These plants are a Canadian favourite for their durability.
The Sansevieria Bantel's Sensation is named after the man who developed this plant, Gustav Bantel. Rare, beautiful and unusual, it has distinctive white vertical striping in the leaves and is sometimes called White Sansevieria.
Medium: 6 inch standard nursery pot.
Unlike her other Sansevieria cousins, the Sansevieria Bantel’s Sensations requires a bit more light. This is due to its patterned white stripes.
Usually every 2 - 3 weeks once the soil has fully dried out. Use the 'soak & dry' method - completely soak the soil and water again only once the soil is fully dried out. She is very sensitive to overwatering.
Plant Specific Care
Choose a pot with drainage holes to avoid the roots from rotting. Use soil that drains well. Being quite versatile, Bantel’s Sensation can adjust to fluctuating temperatures. Ideally, they should be kept in temperatures between 13°C and 29°C.
