Plant Specific Care
Croton Mammy thrives in well-draining soils with the soil pH level ideally between 4.5-6.5 pH. Ensure that she grows with all the necessary nutrients by applying a quality fertilizer three times a year into the soil at least once in spring, summer, and fall.
Water when the top 1 - 2 inches of soil is dry to the touch, keeping the soil moist but not soaked. Never allow the soil to dry completely. If the leaves begin to brown, it may be a sign of overwatering.
Croton Mammy leaves need bright but indirect light for them to properly show off their hues of colour. Little or no light will turn the leaves green and dull.
